What is your minimum order quantity for furniture?

We think in containers: a mixed 20-foot container is the comfortable starting point, and lines can be combined freely inside it — sofas plus dining plus coffee tables in one box. For first orders and market tests we also accept LCL (groupage) shipments, so you can start smaller.

Which furniture can you manufacture?

Eight lines from one floor: sofa sets and corner sofas, sofa beds with storage, beds with headboards and storage bases, bedroom sets with wardrobes, dining rooms, TV and wall units, coffee and side tables, and hotel or contract programs. OEM production of your designs is our daily work.

Can you customize sizes, fabrics and finishes?

Yes — that is the point of Kayseri. Dimensions adapt to your market, upholstery is chosen from velvet, leather-look, linen-weave or performance families with Martindale counts to 100,000, and casegoods come in veneer, lacquer or laminate. Your labels and your packaging on everything.

What is inside the quality — frames, foam, packing?

Kiln-dried beech and poplar frames, zigzag springs with reinforced webbing, seat foam around 35 kg/m³ with CMHR options for contract work, soft-close hardware on casegoods. Everything leaves in five-layer export packing with corner protectors, loaded and photographed container by container.

How fast are sampling, production and shipping?

Technical drawings and fabric cards come first, then a first article in about 2 to 3 weeks with photos and video. Production runs 4 to 6 weeks after approval. We load FCL worldwide from Mersin and Istanbul ports, and truck groupage reaches most of Europe in about a week.

Do you sell retail or single pieces?

No — we are a B2B factory for furniture retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce brands and hotel projects. We do not retail single pieces, but a mixed first container is enough to open an import program.
